UNFPA, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, the Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC), and Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung (DSW), is working to ensure that female and young workers in Ethiopia's industrial parks have access to essential sexual and reproductive health services, as well as support for gender-based violence prevention and response. This joint initiative aims to create a safer and healthier environment, empowering women and fostering a more inclusive workforce across the industrial sector.
