The humanitarian situation in Tigray following the conflict there remains dire. The security remains unstable and unpredictable restricting movements. This has created formidable challenge on scaling-up of humanitarian assistance and access to life-saving support. UNFPA is responding to the crisis pre-positioning reproductive health and dignity kits. It has also engaged a team of national and international surge experts.
