The SRH Analyst will be part of the UNFPA Humanitarian Response Team under the overall direction of the Head of Sub-office for Tigray with programmatic guidance of the SRH Programme specialist. The SRH Analyst will be the Focal Point for programming, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on SRH activities, including HIV and medical aspects of GBV in Shire.
The SRH Analyst will work closely in an integrated manner with other programme and operations staff in UNFPA Ethiopia, the Regional Health Bureau, clusters/sectors, UNFPA implementing partners as well as sister UN agencies (UNHCR, UNICEF, IOM, WFP and WHO) to ensure improved RH services including HIV and GBV to vulnerable groups among the conflict affected populations.
